Restoring the Past, Building the Future

The project involved the construction of a two-storey retail/industrial building on a Greenfield site for the provider of golfing equipment. The structure, which was built within an industrial estate, comprises a steel frame with facing internal blocks and external cladding. A main feature of the building is the extensive use of curtain glazing which provides natural light deep within the building.

The ground floor includes:

  • Reception area.
  • Showroom.
  • Warehouse with racking and shelving.
  • Stairs.
  • Lift.
  • Loading bay.
  • Kitchen and utility rooms.
  • Wash rooms.

The second floor includes:

  • Offices.
  • Meeting rooms.
  • Storage space.

Externally, a new entrance with gates, a tarmac driveway, hardstanding, a parking area, perimeter fencing and landscaping were provided.
