Buckna Presbyterian is a new 2200sqm Church building on a green field site. The new Church provides a modern Sanctuary, creche, youth rooms, breakout spaces with stunning views of Slemish mountain, servery and coffee stations, changing places facility, offices & multi use rooms as well as extensive outdoor space.

Martin & Hamilton delivered the construction project, working closely with the Church session and commitee to manage the build and budget. The completed project is a testament to the vision and commitment of the Church congregation and leadership. The new building has generous space and facilities for church and community events.

The build was traditional pad and strip foundations, steel frame and block masonry construction. Central atrium and staircase create an open communal space. Feature design details such as a local stone wall at the entrance and bespoke timber panelling create a natural feel that blends with the building's rural surroundings.
